(sky) blue color glass, with a smooth lip that is threaded for a closure. Embossing

wonderful jar that is in near mint condition! Just some very minor, in the
making, chips to the
ground lip and a few light scratches. Around the base, there looks to a few
minor pitting or discolored bubbles. This is hard to discribe but none of these
thing detract from this nice midget jar. Some nice texture, whittle to the glass

eye appealing jar. $45.00
FO-14 Mini Jug 3 5/8" tall, brown & tan glaze pottery,
complete handle. Written in black glaze within a round stencil on front: "
JONES BROS. & CO. / BLUE GRASS BELLE / VINEGAR /
LOUISVILLE, KY." This jug does have a few problems but displays close
to mint. There are two slivers missing from the lip area. Only one of which you
can see in the last picture. The other, next to the larger flake, you can not
see because I could not get it to come out on any of my pictures. Someone has
painted the flakes to make them harder to see. Also a 1/2" area of pottery
missing from the inside of the lip. Quite a few areas of chipping on the base
that you can see in my pictures. You be the judge. I think it is still a nice
little jug despite the problems! $20.00
