1 9 3/4" tall, Nice light to medium cornflower blue
color. Lighter in the sides and gets darker in the center. Wonderful color! A
really different top on this one! There is a tooled ring lip but under that,
about 1/2", is what appears to be an applied piece of glass. Crude! Bottle has a
smooth base. Front of bottle looks like a violin, back is plain. Comes complete
with a metal wall hanger that is in the shape of a violin bow. There are quite a
few nice seed bubbles in the glass and one small pot stone on the left side. No
problems from the potstone at all. Bottle is in super mint condition with no
problems.

2 10"
tall, Nice plum amethyst color that is lighter in the sides and gets darker in
the center. Wonderful color! Crude applied top with a smooth base. Front of
bottle looks like a violin, back is plain. There are quite a few nice seed
bubbles in the glass Bottle is in near mint condition with only a few light
scratches on the back. A 1" ring of haze in the bottom of the neck near the
shoulders. There is some base edge roughness due to breaking open the mold
during manufacture. Not bad, these are only noted for accuracy.

9 1/2" tall, sky blue color glass, lighter on the sides and
darker in the center. Crude applied top with a open pontil base. From the front
it looks like a violin, back has musical notes embossed near the shoulder.
Bottle is near mint condition with no chips, cracks or dings. There is some
light inside haze and a few light scratches on the back. Not bad, only noted for
accuracy. The lip has a small hazy clear potstone in it. No problems though!

4 7 1/2" tall, Light sky blue color glass, sheared -
tooled top and a smooth base. From the front it looks like a violin, the back is
plain. Bottle is in mint condition. No problems at all! There is some extra
glass spilled on the neck of the bottle that is about 1" long. Comes with
original metal wall hanger. Nice! $55.00
5 9 1/2" tall, strawberry amethyst color glass,
lighter on the edges and darker in the center. Wonderful! Crude folded in lip
and a open pontil base. Glass has heavy whittle all over, from top to bottom.
The front of the bottle looks like a banjo, the back is plain. The lip and neck
has pieces of dirt or tobacco in it. This adds character to this piece. Bottle
is in super mint condition except for a in manufacturing chip on the very base
edge that was caused by breaking off the pontil rod. Bottle will not stand
upright. A wonderful piece! $75.00
HAND FIRE GRENADE

6 3/4" tall,
a very nice dk. cobalt blue color glass, lighter in the shoulders and
darker towards the base. Some swirls of blue in the base. Wow, what a great
color and thousands of bubbles also! Embossed in a circle on shoulder is a : "
star " with the word " STAR " embossed in the middle. Embossed around band
in center of bottle : " Harden Hand Grenade / Fire Extinguisher "
This bottle used to have content but there is a hole in the cork so that the
content could be drained. Some dried content is still inside. Bottle is in mint
condition except for a "in the making" 1/2" flake of the
glass missing at the lip. This was due to using a grinding stone to clean the
top of the bottle while being made. No chips, scratches, cracks, dings or stain.

FRENCH FIRE GRENADE
7 51/2" tall,
4 part mold with nice shading of orange amber glass. Stone ground top and a
smooth base. 4 circles on shoulder. 2 are embossed with raised diamonds. The
other two are embossed, In the first circle is : " SYSTEME /
LABBE' " Embossed in the second is : " GRENADE /
EXTINCTEUR " Embossed around raised center band in the middle of bottle :
" L ' INCOMBUSTIBLITE " " PARIS ". From neck to center of
bottle has rough, pebbly texture. From the center to the base is ribbed.
Grenade is in near mint condition except for some cleanable dirt residue around
some of the letters and in some of the texture. Also, there is a ping with 3
very small fingers or stars coming off of it in the center band between the two
embossing. It can be seen in my last picture. A nice fire grenade that you don't
see everyday! SOLD
8 5 3/4" tall, crude aqua glass, applied lip with an open pontil. Embossed on the
front only : " L. MILLER'S / HAIR / INVIGORATOR / N. Y. " A nice clean bottle in
super mint condition! $100.00
9 2 1/2" tall, to the top of the wick. ABM with
screw thread top that is smooth (not ground). Yellow amber in the top area and
more orange amber towards the smooth, pedestal base. Embossed on both sides : "
PORTER / ALCOHOL / LAMP " A nice piece in super mint
condition! It looks never to have been used. Complete with original metal lid
that does have a few, very minor spots of rust. $18.00
10 6 1/4" tall, rectangle shape with four beveled
corners, BIM with a tooled lip. Light cornflower blue glass with a wavy base.
Please see last picture. Front panel embossed: " BARROW EVANS " / "
HAIR RESTORER " This bottle is in n-mint condition with some lip roughness (
surface pot stones? ) and a pin point chip on the lip and a few scuffs on the
back. Only noted for accuracy does not detract from this bottle at all. A nice color
for this hair restorer bottle! $50.00
11 5 1/4" tall, very crude aqua glass, with a very thin lip and
a huge open pontil. Embossing on front : " OLDRIDGE'S / BALM / OF COLUMBIA "
Embossed on back : " FOR RESTORING / HAIR / PHILADELPHIA " A nice crude open
pontil bottle that is in near mint condition. Only problem are two very small
lip flakes missing. Bottle displays mint and is nice and clean. A very early
hair bottle! SOLD
