This bottle is in mint condition except for a onion skin burst bubble (shown in last picture) and a pin point rough spot on the very top of the lip. No cracks, chips, scratches or dings or stain. Some nice bubbles add character to this piece.  A very nice bottle not often seen for sale. $395.00

(RARE WESTERN WHISKEY) 11 1/4" tall, clear glass, tooled top, smooth base, round cylinder whiskey. Embossed on the front of the bottle : "BOTTLED BY  /  CLINCH  /  MERCANTILE CO.  /  monogram  /  DEALERS IN  /  WINES & LIQUORS  /  GRASS VALLEY,  /  CAL. " Base is embossed with "178 X" ( Holt Glass Works, West Berkley, Cal. ) A nice Sierra Nevada, old gold mining town whiskey bottle. This bottle is in good condition with some light scratching around the body of the bottle. There is also a 3/16"  SOLD

(SMALL HOCK WINE)  6 3/4" tall, light aqua glass, Tool top and a smooth, indented base. Embossing on the front: " TRADE MARK ( within banner ) / HAMMONDSPORT WINE COMPANY / HAMMONDSPORT, N. Y. " Embossed along back base rim " EHE Co. " Bottle is in good  condition with a few, very minor, scratches on the back. There is a small chip or flake on the front base heal of bottle which you can see in photo # 4. Despite everything mentioned, it is still a nice small or mini hock wine bottle! No other problems. You don't see these small wine bottles every day!   $65.00

(Nice Pocket Mirror)   A nice whiskey go-with! 1 3/4" pocket mirror in good condition. Label under glass advertises " AS YOU LIKE IT / OLD CRANE / WHISKEY / GUARANTEED PURE" with a large picture of a crane or stork. Opposite side has a mirror. All held together with a round steel band. The glass has three very small flakes on the edges. One above the letter K in like, another below the letter R in guaranteed and the third next to the left foot of the crane. The mirror has a few spots of discoloration due to age. None of these are bad, just noted for accuracy. The color of the label is bright and clean. A very hard item to find in this condition.  $75.00

7 3/4" tall with metal cap on, orange amber glass which gets a lighter amber towards the sides of the bottle. A tooled worm threaded top with a cork lined metal cap. Smooth base has embossed on it " PCGW "( Pacific Coast Glass Works ). Embossed on front in a round slug plate : " J. J. Mc CAFFREY & SON  /  634 STATE ST.  /  SANTA BARBARA " A California whiskey flask that was made for a sporting goods store that sold whiskey to their clients. A nice bottle in near mint condition. There is a very small base chip on the back side of the bottle and some inside dirt that would clean out. You don't see to many whiskey flasks from Santa Barbara! This is only the second one of these I have seen in my years of collecting.   $125.00

7" tall ( without stopper ), tooled ring lip that has been ground inside to hold the glass stopper that is also a barrel shape, clear glass, barrel shaped flask. Embossed on the base only : " REGISTERED  /  D F & CO. " A very nice flask in great condition! Only some very minor spots of interior haze. No chips, cracks, dings or major stain. Stopper is also in mint condition. Some very large bubbles in the glass add character to this piece.  $50.00

11 1/2" tall, a nice light orange amber glass, BIM with a tooled top and smooth base that has the star embossed on it. ( trade mark of the Pacific Coast Glass Works ) Embossed on the front within a horse shoe : " 18 /  SPRUANCE STANLEY & CO /  69  "  (in center) WHOLESALE  /  LIQUOR DEALERS  /  SAN FRANCISCO  /  CAL " Bottle is in mint condition with only a few very minor scratches. Some very nice bubbles and coloration of the glass make this a great  window display piece. No stain, chips, cracks, heavy scratches, dings or pings!.  $95.00

8 3/4" long, clear glass, BIM, with a stone ground, screw top. Figural fish shape whiskey nipper. No cap. Bottle will not stand up so I would think that it would be a pocket flask. Embossed very lightly above dorsal fin : " PAT APPL "  A very nice, ornate figural nipper in near mint condition. The only thing wrong, if you can call it wrong, are three chips on the very top. I think that they are due to the grinding process. No other problems.  $50.00

11 1/2" tall, light orange amber glass ( lighter in the shoulder ), cylinder fifth with a applied top. Bottle has a smooth base. Embossed on front within a circle and around a embossed crown & shield  : " LILIENTHAL & CO.  /  DISTILLERS " Bottle is in near mint condition with only a small chip on the very underneath heal at the base. There are a million bubbles! The bottle is frothy with bubbles. Very nice character. Circa 1878.  $250.00

A  (APPLIED TOP) 11 3/4" tall, applied top western whiskey cylinder. Nice orange amber in the top 1/3rd, lighter in the shoulder area and then darker towards the base. Embossed in a circle. " LILIENTHAL & CO.  / DISTILLERS "  In the center of the oval is embossed a large crown & shield. Inside the shield is a monogram " L&CO " A wonderful western whiskey bottle that has no chips, cracks, dings, or stain. The applied lip, at the very top edge, has a couple of in the making debits or folds which make it out of round. I don't know how a cork would completely seal the bottle. A small spot of rust exists on the back towards the base and a little in the lip. Not bad, only mentioned for accuracy. Also, a line of tobacco or dirt in the lip and also on the front towards the base gives the appearance of a flash in the glass but under a magnifying glass they  are from tobacco or pieces of dirt.  $225.00

5 1/8" tall, clear glass, flask shaped with a ABM top and a smooth base? Bottle is completely covered in a paper mache type material that looks like bark except for the front that has a canvas material applied to it that has a hand painted eagle on it. I am not sure, but this piece looks to be done by a Native American. Bottle is in mint condition and so is the paper mache, except for dirt from age. It could be cleaned with some TLC. but I think that this adds character and age to this piece! I believe this bottle is of western origin. It came from a collection in California where there was also many locally made Indian items.  $95.00

10 1/4" tall, clear glass, rectangle form with a tooled double collar lip and smooth base.  Embossed on front of bottle: " GUARANTEED  /  FULL QUART  /  SHORTELL & TIMMINS  /  162 - 166 STATE ST.  /  BOSTON, MASS. There are some nice, big air bubbles in the glass. Also, there is strong embossing on this bottle. Circa 1898. SOLD

11 1/2" tall, orange amber glass, three part mold, applied glop top and a smooth base. embossed on the base: " WHITNEY / GLASS WORKS " Nice crude, full of bubbles, glass with a lot of swirls and striations throughout the bottle from the glass blower that extend from the shoulder to the base. A very good piece in near mint condition with only a small amount of inside haze. My pictures do not due this bottle justice! A bottle just like this sold at American Bottle Auctions for $35.00 plus 12% premium and postage. A very nice bottle. $25.00

" Jug is embossed with " Federal Law Forbids Sale Or Reuse Of This Bottle " Base is embossed with " Wing Lee Wai / Chinese characters / Honk Kong " I would think that this would be circa 1930's. Jug is in mint condition. Labels are 99%.  $18.00

Cathedral Style  10 1/4" tall, 4 part mold,  yellow - olive green glass, applied top and a smooth base. The back label is in poor condition. Please see pictures for label condition. I have put plastic wrap around label to protect it after taking pictures. The bottle is in super mint condition with no problems. Some dirt shows on the base of the bottle, picture # 5. Circa early 1900's. A very nice mini sample whiskey bottle! $50.00
